Customizing the toolbar

You can customize the toolbar by adding buttons for the features you use most often, and removing those you use less frequently. You can also reorder the buttons in the toolbar, and add separators to group related buttons.

To customize the toolbar:

  1. Select Tools > Customize.
  2. Complete any of the following steps:
    • Select a button in the Available toolbar buttons list and click Add to add it to the toolbar.

    • Select a button in the Current toolbar buttons list and click Remove to remove it from the toolbar.

    • Select the Separator button in the Available toolbar buttons list and click Add to insert a vertical line to visually group your buttons. You can add as many separators as you need.

    • Select a button in the Current toolbar buttons list and click Move Up or Move Down to change the location of a button. The order of the buttons from top to bottom corresponds to their location from left to right in the toolbar.

  3. Click Close to save your changes.
