Failed analytics
If
an analytic job fails to run successfully it displays a status ofError
in the Analytic Jobs tab
in the Job Status view. To view more information
about the failed job, select the job in the Analytic
Jobs tab. The Analytic Job Details tab
is displayed in the Properties view, which
displays the following information:

The Status of the analytic job and the elapsed processing time (Run time).

A log file that can be used for troubleshooting. The log is created and copied to the job results even if the analytic does not include a //RESULT LOG tag.

Depending on the nature of the analytic and the failure, temporary files created by the analytic may also be available.

More detailed information, including the error code for the failure, is available if you click the Click for more link.

If the analytic failed to publish data to AX Exception the Dataloader log file and any result tables generated by the analytic prior to the publishing failure are available.
