Open analytic results

After an analytic is run, you can view or download the results of the analytic. The results generated by an analytic depend on the purpose of the analytic and whether the analytic completed successfully or failed.

1. From the home page, navigate to the collection > folder > analysis app that contains the analytic.
2. To expand the Results History panel, click Results .
3. Next to the analytic, click View Results.

   If the analytic job you want to view the results for is not included in the most recent five times the analytic was run, click Full History to show results for each run.

4. Optional. Sort the results by the Name, Type, Records, or Size column.
5. From the results, do one of the following:
   • To view a log or file, click Download  to save the file on your workstation.
   • To view a results table in Visualizer, click View in Visualizer  .

     In the Visualizer, you can filter the data, create visualizations (charts and metrics), and save the visualizations as an interpretation, which can be reused and shared with other users.
