We're rebranding
We are evolving as an organization and slowly adapting ourselves to a new vision for the future. To better reflect this vision, we are changing our logos, company name, and platform name.

ACL, our company, will be renamed to 
Galvanize. -
ACL GRC, our platform, will be renamed to 
HighBond.
How are you affected?
New platform website
- Effective May 15, 2019 Users can access our new platform website, www.highbond.com. Users can still use www.aclgrc.com to access the platform.
- Effective June 19, 2019 www.aclgrc.com will permanently auto-redirect to www.highbond.com. Users will only be able to access the platform using www.highbond.com.
If you have whitelisted ACL websites, contact your IT department to ensure both *.aclgrc.com and *.highbond.com are whitelisted so that users can continue to access the platform.
SSO (Single Sign-On)
If you have SSO set up on www.aclgrc.com, you must update your SSO configuration with the domain change to www.highbond.com.
Fields
Before June 19, 2019, update the following fields in your Identity Provider settings from *.aclgrc.com to *.highbond.com:
- Single Sign On URL
- Recipient URL
- Destination URL
- Audience Restriction
Note
Depending on your Identity Provider, field names may be different. No changes are required to any of the SSO fields in Launchpad, including the Security Certificate Fingerprint. For more information, see Configuring SSO settings.
Signing in and logging out
- Effective June 19, 2019, users that sign in through the platform can access the following URL to avoid entering their custom domain each time:
https://accounts.highbond.com/saml/sso?custom_domain=custom-domain

- SLO (Single Log-Out) is supported using the Identity Provider initiated workflow. Effective June 19, 2019, the SLO URL is:

Emails
Effective June 19, 2019, system emails will be sent from notifications@highbond.com.
- If you have whitelisted ACL emails contact your IT department to add both notifications@aclgrc.com and notifications@highbond.com to continue receiving system emails.
- If you created any inbox rules for emails from notifications@aclgrc.com update them to include notifications@highbond.com.
Reports module
To migrate Reports to www.highbond.com, there will be a scheduled maintenance downtime. We will communicate more details about scheduled maintenance times closer to May 15, 2019. Maintenance will occur during off-business hours.
Links generated in the Reports module
If you have calculated fields that generate links to *.aclgrc.com URLs, update the strings to point to *.highbond.com.
Global navigation bar
We're making improvements to the global navigation bar in ACL GRC. This will allow you to easily navigate back to Launchpad, switch between modules, and return to the homepage of the module you are working in.
