Managing scheduled analytics

Once an analytic job is scheduled, you can edit the analytic inputs and schedule, or delete a job that is scheduled to run.

Edit a scheduled analytic job

Note

To edit an analytic job, you must have Full permission to the folder that contains the analytic.

  1. In the Server Explorer, select the analytic you want to edit the scheduled settings for and then from the menu, select Analytics > View Schedule.
  2. In the Scheduled Analytic Jobs tab, select the specific job you want to change and then click Edit.
  3. To make your changes, work through the Schedule wizard and then save your changes.

Delete a scheduled analytic job

Delete a scheduled analytic job to prevent it from running. Deleting an analytic job deletes the job, not the analytic itself.

Note

To delete an analytic job, you must have Full permission to the folder that contains the analytic.

  1. In the Server Explorer, select the analytic you want to delete the job for and then from the menu, select Analytics > View Schedule.
  2. In the Scheduled Analytic Jobs tab, select the specific job you want to delete and then click Delete.

All scheduled occurrences of the analytic job are deleted except any queued occurrences. To remove a queued job, delete the queued instance, refresh the view, and then delete the next scheduled occurrence of the job.
