Copying a message
You can copy text from messages you sent or received, and then paste the copied text in other conversations within Messenger iOS or another app or file on your device.
Note
To copy messages, the setting must be enabled by your site Administrator.

Select the Conversation icon
to open the list of conversations. -
Select the conversation that contains the message you want to copy.

Long-press on the message (Press and hold the message).
A menu opens.

Select Copy.
The message text is copied to your clipboard ready to be pasted where you need.

To paste text into a message, press and hold the Type a message here field, and then select Paste.
