Previewing attachments

Documents that have been attached to messages in a conversation can be previewed before opening. If this feature is disabled in your settings you will not be able to preview attachments, and must contact your Diligent Customer Success Manager.

1. In Messenger iOS select the conversations icon .

2. Go to the conversation with the attachments and select the message.

3. Select the file name or file icon.

4. The file will begin downloading to your device.

   After the file downloads, it will automatically open and you can scroll through it.

   1. To preview the next attachment in the conversation, swipe left or tap the arrow on the bottom-right of the screen.

   2. To preview the previous file, swipe right or tap the previous on the bottom-left of the screen.

   3. To return to the conversation, select Done.
