Viewing attachments
View all the attachments shared in a conversation in one place.

Select the conversations icon
to open the list of conversations.

Select the conversation that contains the attachments.

Select the info icon.
The Details panel opens.

Select Attachments.
A list of all attachments that have been sent and received in the current conversation appears.

To preview an attachment in the list, select it.
By default, attachments are listed from newest to oldest.
Note
Attachments that have expired as part of your organization's expiration scheduling do not appear in the list.

To search all available attachments by file names or formats within the current conversation, enter a term in the Search box.

To access filtering options, select Sort and select the preferred option from the menu.
