Viewing announcements in Messenger Web

When you use Diligent Boards, your administrator can use Messenger Web to send announcements on new board content.

Note

  • A red bubble displaying a number next to the announcement icon indicates the number of unread announcements.

  • Groups with unread announcements have a small red dot next to them.

  • Announcements are not conversations and cannot be responded to.

  • If you are a member of multiple groups and the announcement is sent to more than one group you may receive the announcement multiple times.

  1. To view your announcements, select the announcements icon .

    A list of your meeting groups where announcements have been sent appears.

  2. Select an announcement to see the entire message.

    Announcements can inform you if a new book is available in Diligent Boards, or if a book has been updated.
