Using two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is an advanced security feature that requires you to enter a security code when signing in. If your administrator has enabled this feature, you will receive a security code via SMS text message when you try to access Messenger Web.
Note
Each time you sign in you will be required to enter a new code.

Go to Messenger Web and sign in using your username or email, and password.
A security code page opens.

In the Code input field, enter the security code sent to your mobile device.
The last four digits of the phone number configured by your Administrator are displayed on the sign-in screen.

Diligent will only ever use these mobile numbers to send security codes and related security information.

Messenger Web opens.
