Actions dashboard for Administrators
Minutes centralizes your actions in one place so you can review, manage and update them from a single unified dashboard. You can customize your view by moving columns and applying filters.

View an action

In Minutes, go to the side navigation bar and select the Actions dashboard icon
.
Your Action dashboard opens.

To view details, select an action from the Action column.
The Action summary panel opens where you can see details such as the current status of an action, a completed date, and any assignees.
Manage an action

Select your action to open the Actions summary panel.

In the Actions summary you can undertake the following actions:

Send a notification to remind someone of an action assigned to them. For more information, go to Sending action notifications.

Change the name of the action.

Set or change the date an action needs to be completed by.

Mark an action as complete.

Add or remove an assignee.
-
Add or view notes. The note displayed will be the last one entered.

Delete an action.

Select Save to apply any changes.
Note
When an action has been edited automated email notifications are sent to the assignees. You can disable these email notification from your toolbar. To learn more go to Disabling automated notifications for actions.
Filter your dashboard

Go to your dashboard and select Show filters.
A Filters panel opens.

Select your preferences.

Select Apply filters.
Your dashboard displays the filtered actions.

To remove the filters, select Reset all and then Apply filters.
Your dashboard returns to the standard display.
Manage columns

Go to your dashboard and select Manage columns.

The numbers in the brackets reflects the number of columns already selected.

From the menu, select the columns you want to view or deselect the columns you want to remove.
