Attendance reporting

This report provides an exportable view of meeting attendees and their participation patterns over time. Use this tool to collect data for annual reporting and audit requirements, monitor meeting participation from a single dashboard, and promptly address Director inquiries over attendance.

Create an attendance report

  1. Go to Minutes and select the Attendance reporting icon from the left-hand navigation panel.

    The Create attendance report panel opens.

  2. Select the committee name from the Committee dropdown menu.

    Note

    You can only select one committee per Attendance report.

  3. Select the Start date and End date fields.

    A list of meetings appears.

    Note

    All meetings within the date range you enter will be included in the attendance report.

  4. Select Create report.

    The Report result is displayed.

Report result information

    • Date range

    • Total number of meetings

    • Total number of attendees

    • Attendee name

    • Count of meetings attended

    • Percentage of meetings attended

      The attendance percentage is calculated using the attendee information in the Attendee tab of your minutes.

Export an attendance report

  1. To export the result of your report, select Export in Excel.

  2. To view the file, go to the Downloads folder on your device.

  3. You can select the file to open it right away or view it later in your default download location.
