Getting started with Minutes

DiligentMinutes is an integrated add-on to Boards web so you can create minutes from an existing book or manually create minutes from the start.

Prerequisites

  • Your Boards account is activated.

  • Minutes is enabled for your account.

  • Your organization's firewall allows access to Minutes. If the site is not accessible contact Diligent Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Sign in

  • Sign in to your Boards Web Admin account.

  • Access the online platform in a Chrome, Edge Chromium, Safari, or Firefox browser using the following web site: https://web.diligentboards.com

Note

You will not see the Manage Minutes option in the navigation panel if Minutes is not enabled for your Boards site. Contact your Boards Administrator or Diligent Support for assistance.
