Adding a section header

This topic describes how to add a section header to a questionnaire. Section headers can be used to organize a questionnaire by grouping the same question types together.

  1. From the Questionnaire Builder, select Add question.

  2. Select Section Header from the list of options, and then select "Add".

  3. A question editor dialog appears. Type the text you'd like to appear in the Enter Section Header Text field.

  4. The Show section bar background checkbox is enabled by default. When enabled, a gray background will display behind the section header text.

  5. To change the look and feel of the section header text, select one of the following styles:

    • Heading 1

    • Heading 2

    • Subtitle 1

    • Subtitle 2

  6. Select Save to add the section header to the questionnaire.
