If you encounter a message that there is "Incomplete AI content", it means that AI was unable to generate content for all documents within your book. There are several causes for this issue, which vary depending on the specific AI option.

The following scenarios may prevent content generation.

  1. Insufficient content Documents containing only images or minimal text may fail to generate summaries or scans.

  • Smart Summary requires at least 30 characters of textual content in a document.

  • Smart Risk Scanner requires at least 100 characters of textual content.

  1. Excessive content If a document exceeds the maximum character limit, the content generation will fail. Limits vary depending on the region in which your data is hosted.

  • US and Germany: maximum 630,000 characters (approximately 180 to 250 pages, depending on how much text they contain)

  • Australia: maximum 630,000 characters (approximately 180 to 250 pages)

  • Canada and UK: maximum 150,000 characters (approximately 60 pages per document)

Tip

Consider splitting large documents into smaller sections to ensure a successful generation.

  1. Server or service error Occasionally, temporary technical issues or server errors may prevent content generation. It may help to retry after a short wait. If the issue persists, contact Support.

Smart Prep is generated based on the Smart Summary. If Smart Prep fails to generate:

  • The Smart Prep feature will not appear in Boards Web Admin.

  • It will also be unavailable to directors in the GovernAI section of Boards Web Director.

The following scenarios may prevent content generation:

  1. Short summary The Smart Summary is less than 150 characters, which is too short to generate meaningful insights.

  2. Irrelevant content The Smart Summary lacks sufficient relevant information to produce valuable insights.
