Boards iOS Home page

Upon signing in, you'll be taken to the Home page. The new Home page helps you find time-sensitive action items, view administrator announcements, access the most relevant books and reports, and stay informed of key topics. This article provides an overview of the new Home page.

  1. Select Turn on new Home page, located on the top-right corner of your screen. A confirmation dialog appears.

  2. Select Turn on in the confirmation dialog. The new Home page replaces the old version on your screen.

  3. The new Home page is organized by section. Prioritize items in the Actions section that require your attention, including questionnaires due and votes pending.

    • To open a questionnaire, select Go to questionnaire.

    • To vote, select Go to vote.

  4. Prepare for upcoming meetings by reviewing published books and the latest reports in the Books and reports section.

    • To open a book, select Open book.

    • If the book contains an agenda, select Open agenda.

    • If the book contains an AI-generated summary, select Summary.

    • To see more options for book management, select Meeting details.

    • To open a report, select Open report.

    Note

    Reports are available via the Diligent One Platform. If you do not have access to the Diligent One Platform, reports will not appear in the Books and reports section of the Home page. To learn more, contact your Customer Success Manager.

  5. Learn more about Diligent’s board certification programs, designed to address the most pressing challenges and opportunities for today’s modern Board. Select "Browse all certifications" in the Certifications section to view program details and request enrollment.

  6. Use the Stay ahead section to hear the latest topics for today’s modern Board via reports, programs, videos, and more from Diligent Institute. Select a video to open the video player on your screen.

  7. Access additional news coverage in the Top News section. The list of articles is curated for you, based on your industry. Select a news article title or description to open it on a new tab in your web browser.
