Diligent One overview

With Diligent One, discover curated insights for your board and leadership team and measure your organization's ESG reputation. The Diligent One hub surfaces critical information about your company across custom and managed reports.

1. After you sign in, you can navigate to the Diligent One hub using one of the following options:

   1. From the Homepage, select Insights, and then select "View dashboard" in the ESG Ratings or ESG News Sentiment sections to navigate directly to those reports.

   2. Select Diligent One Platform from the left-hand navigation panel.

      Note

      If you cannot view the ESG News Sentiment or ESG Ratings sections on the Homepage, or if Diligent One is not visible in the navigation panel, it has not been enabled for you or your Boards site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

      

2. You can select anywhere on a report's row to open it. There are two types of reports in the Diligent One hub:

   • Managed reports: Diligent creates managed reports using our patented AI technology and a variety of reputable and trusted partners, including S&P Global and Clarity AI. The following managed reports are currently available: ESG Ratings and ESG News Sentiment.

   • Custom reports: A Report Admin or Report Writer creates custom reports in the HighBond Activity Center app, and then a Boards administrator shares it with you. Bringing reports from Diligent HighBond into Diligent Boards is a manual process, so the custom reports available in Diligent One are unique to your organization.    Note

   Custom reports may not be enabled for you or your Boards site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
