Learn how to subscribe to a Diligent Boards calendar using your calendar application of choice, such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

In most cases, a link must be shared from Diligent Boards to your desktop computer in order to add a calendar subscription to one of these applications. This topic describes the steps in that process.

  1. Go to the Calendar section.

  2. Select the Subscribe button.

  3. Select the Add to other calendar option.

  4. Select the Share link via button.

  5. Choose a method by which to share the calendar subscription link to your desktop computer, such as email or a messaging application.

  6. Your selected method opens, with the link pre-populated as text. Choose where to send the link (such as to your own email address), then send it.

  7. On your desktop computer, access the method by which you sent the link, and copy the link.

  8. Open the calendar application that you are using to subscribe to your Diligent Boards calendar, and follow the instructions for adding a shared or subscribed calendar to that application.
