Books from prior meetings can be viewed in Archived Books. Archived Books are not synchronized to the iOS, and require an internet connection to be viewed.

  1. Select the Navigation icon to open the main menu.

  2. Select Archived Books.

  3. The first time you access this section, the bookshelf will list the latest set of books from your previous meeting by default.

    Note

Upon signing in to your site, the Archived Books section is automatically checked and updated. However, if any board materials are archived during your session, they do not appear until you manually check for updates.

  4. To change the range of books being displayed, select the Meeting Date Range icon in the toolbar. A menu displays a historical timeline of all of your available archived books.

  5. Drag the handles up or down to select a range of archived books by month. Selecting a specific month will select that month individually.

    Note

The months selected in the Meeting Date Range window will remain set and will be applied automatically every time you sign in and access the Archived Books section.

  6. Select All Committees or All Years to view books from only a specific committee or year. You can continue to narrow the date range after applying a committee or year filter.

  7. To hide the Meeting Date Range window, select anywhere outside of the window.

  8. To open an archived book to its first page, select the Book icon.
