Continuous scrolling improves navigation on mobile devices. You can read book content by moving down the page instead of navigating horizontally.

Select a book to open the book view.

To navigate book content, move your finger down the page or swipe up. When you reach the bottom of the page, the next one will automatically appear underneath.

To turn off continuous scrolling, select the Page view settings icon
and then select Continuous scrolling. The book will revert to the traditional view with a horizontal navigation scrollbar at the bottom of the screen.
