Getting started with Boards iOS

The Diligent Boards iOS application gives you access to board materials directly from your iPhone and iPad. The Diligent Boards iOS app contains features and functionality similar to Boards Web Director, including the Home page, access to books and meeting materials, and the ability to add notes and annotations.

You can access your Boards account after installing the application from the iTunes App Store.

Accessing Boards iOS

Before you access the application, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

  • You have downloaded the Diligent Boards app on your iPhone and/or iPad.

  • Your account is activated.

Download the Diligent Boards app

The Diligent Boards app for iOS is a free download for iPhone and iPad.

Sign in to Boards iOS

After downloading the app, you can access your account by selecting the Diligent Boards icon on your Home screen. The first time you launch the application, you need to enter the Boards site name for your organization.

Based on your organization's authentication method, you can sign in to Boards iOS in one of the following ways:

  • Standard authentication - Sign in using your email and password.

  • Custom domain - If your organization uses single sign on (SSO), you authenticate using a custom domain.
