Installing the app
The iOS application is installed from the Apple iTunes App Store, which requires an Apple ID to use. If you are not authorized to install applications on your device, contact your IT department for assistance.

Step-By-Step Instructions

To install the iPad application, select the App Store icon on your Home Screen.

Select the Search button at the bottom of the screen.

In the Search field, enter the keywords Diligent Boards.

A list of results will automatically appear. Select Diligent Boards when it appears in this list.

Select the Get button for the Diligent Boards app.

On the confirmation window that appears, select the Install button. You may instead be prompted for your Activating Touch ID, if you've previously enabled Touch ID for the App Store.

The App Store may prompt you for your Apple ID and password to complete the download. If you do not have an Apple ID, select Create New Apple ID and follow the prompts to create one. Otherwise, enter your existing Apple ID, and the download will begin.
Tip
If you have an existing Apple ID, but do not remember the password, visit Apple's self-service password reset website: https://iforgot.apple.com

Once your Apple ID is successfully created, the Diligent Boards app will download and an icon appears on your home screen. Select this icon to open the app.
Note
If you create a new Apple ID and the Diligent Boards app does not automatically download, repeat steps 2-5, and sign in with your new Apple ID.
