Zooming in on the screen

In the app, you can zoom in or out on specific items. For example, you can pinch to zoom or double-tap to look closer at documents, files, or images. You can also use the Zoom feature in your Settings (Settings > Accessibility > Zoom) to magnify the screen regardless of the app you are using.

  1. The zooming controls in the page view include the ability to pinch to zoom in or out, providing the optimal view for your board materials.

  2. You can also double tap an item on the screen to zoom in or out.

Set up zoom in your settings

Zoom magnifies the entire screen.

  1. Select Settings on your iPad home screen.

  2. Select Accessibility, then turn on Zoom.

  3. Adjust any of the following options:

    • Follow Focus: Track your selections, the text insertion point, and your typing

    • Smart Typing: Switch to Window Zoom when a keyboard appears

    • Keyboard Shortcuts: Control zoom using shortcuts on an external keyboard

    • Zoom Controller: Turn the controller on, set controller actions, and adjust the color and opacity

    • Zoom Region: Choose Pinned Zoom, Full Screen Zoom, or Window Zoom

    • Zoom Filter: Choose None, Inverted, Grayscale, Grayscale Inverted, or Low Light

    • Maximum Zoom Level: Drag the slider to adjust the level

    Note

    The Zoom setting will be applied to every app.

  4. To change zoom after you turn it on, double-tap three fingers and drag them across the screen.
