Boards is a suite of tools and functionalities grouped under the Diligent One Platform. It enables organizations to integrate activities, automate processes, and collect data for analysis, real-time decision-making, and reporting. An organization can use it within its own infrastructure, thereby having a secure and integrated environment to manage board activities and governance processes. It includes the following components:

• Boards iOS A mobile-friendly version of Boards Web Director, compatible with iPad and iPhone, allowing users to view books and participate in virtual meetings.

• Boards Web Admin A tool primarily used for book creation, management, publication, approval, and documentation management. It also includes user and site management functionalities, which is accessible only to administrators with specific roles.

• Boards Web Director A component that allows users to view books, annotate materials, submit responses, present, and access documentation. It is designed for directors who consume content and make decisions.

• Boards Add-ons Several modules integrated into the Boards platform to provide additional tools for managing board-related tasks and communications thereby enhancing the functionality of the Boards platform. These tools are part of a broader network and include modules such as Questionnaires, Minutes, Messenger iOS, and Messenger Web, each with its own features.
