Updating username to an email address
After you sign in with your current username and password, you will be redirected to sign in with your email address.

In the Sign in with your email address screen, select which email address you want to designate as the sign-in email. You can either select a current email address or enter a new one. For more information about email types, go to The different email types.

(Optional) If you get an error message, you can select or enter a new email address or contact Diligent Support to proceed with the selected email address.

Select Confirm my email address. If you don't have a validated email address on file, or if you entered a new email address, you will receive an email containing a security code.

(Optional) In the Security code field, enter the security code and select Continue to complete validation.

After the sign-in email is confirmed, select Continue to go to your site.
