Accessing Data Room

Data Room facilitates confidential document sharing. With the integrated experience of Data Room and Boards, you and your directors have access to sensitive information before, during, and after board meetings.

Note

If Data Room is not an option in the left-hand Navigation panel, it has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

  1. If the left-hand Navigation panel is not visible, select the Navigation icon to expand it.

  2. Select Data Room to access your account. You'll be taken to your personal data room, from which you can manage confidential documents and view sensitive information.
