Accessing Secure File Sharing

Diligent Secure File Sharing (SFS) facilitates confidential document sharing. With the integrated experience of SFS and Diligent Boards, you and your directors have access to sensitive information before, during, and after board meetings.

Note

If Secure File Sharing is not an option in the left-hand navigation panel, it has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

  1. If the left-hand navigation panel is not visible, select the menu icon to expand it.

  2. Select Secure File Sharing to access your SFS account. You'll be taken to your personal data room, from which you can manage confidential documents and view sensitive information.
