Editing the calendar
The calendar displays all of your board's meetings and events in a centralized location.

Select Calendar in the left-hand navigation panel to go to the Calendar hub.

To edit a meeting, double-click the calendar entry.

To create a new meeting, select Create Meeting. Creating or editing calendar entries opens the Meeting window.

Enter the meeting title.

Add or remove committees by selecting the Committees field.

Enter the dates and times of the meeting.

For meetings lasting multiple days, select the checkbox next to Multi-day Meeting.

Enter the meeting location.

To assign a category to the meeting, enter text in the Categories field, and then select a category name from the list that appears.
Note
If the category name you are typing does not match an existing item, "(new category)" appears next to it in the dropdown menu. To save the new category, select "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard.

You can add more details about the meeting, such as video conferencing information, into the Details field.

To copy an existing meeting, select the menu, and then select "Copy".
Note
The menu is only visible when you are editing a meeting. It does not appear when you create a new meeting.

Select Delete from the dropdown menu to remove the meeting from the calendar.

To save the meeting to the calendar, select Publish.
