Device authorization

Device authorization is a feature that incorporates an additional layer of security by restricting the devices each member can use to access Boards. This prohibits members from accessing the app on devices that have not been approved by your organization.

Device authorization can be enabled for your entire site, or for specific members who require enhanced security. When enabled, Device authorization will automatically enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for Boards.

The instructions in this guide outline how to manage devices for your members. For security reasons, this requires the member to be available with their device at the time that it is authorized.
