Overview of Boards Web Admin
Boards Web Admin is the web-based version of the Boards smart client application, which is meant for Administrators of a Board of Directors. As an Admin, you can plan, coordinate, collect, and publish all board materials prior to a board meeting. You can then facilitate sign-off and approval on minutes and reports. You will also be able to manage and coordinate the workflow of multiple executives and board stakeholders.

Book management Create, manage, and publish books, as well as handle documentation management through the Resource Center.

User and site management Administrators with specific roles can access the self-service portal known as Boards Web Customer Admin (BWCA). This portal allows for user creation, management, role assignment, committee management, and oversight of site properties.

Voting and documentation Facilitate voting processes such as creating voting document, creating signature and custom votes, and managing signature requests.

Security and authorization Implement and manage additional layer of security features to prevent unauthorized access.
