Boards Web Admin is a web-based application for administrators to collect and publish all board materials and manage the workflow of multiple board stakeholders from a central location. You can plan, coordinate, collect, and publish materials prior to a board meeting. You can then facilitate sign-off and approval on minutes and reports. You can also approve new users and manage their access and permissions.

User and site management Administrators with specific roles can access the self-service portal known as Boards Web Customer Admin (BWCA). This portal allows for user creation, management, role assignment, committee management, and oversight of site properties.
