Overview of Boards Web Admin

Boards Web Admin is the web-based version of the Boards smart client application, which is meant for Administrators of a Board of Directors. As an Admin, you can plan, coordinate, collect, and publish all board materials prior to a board meeting. You can then facilitate sign-off and approval on minutes and reports. You will also be able to manage and coordinate the workflow of multiple executives and board stakeholders.

Key features

  • Book management Create, manage, and publish books, as well as handle documentation management through the Resource Center.

  • User and site management Administrators with specific roles can access the self-service portal known as Boards Web Customer Admin (BWCA). This portal allows for user creation, management, role assignment, committee management, and oversight of site properties.

  • Voting and documentation Facilitate voting processes such as creating voting document, creating signature and custom votes, and managing signature requests.

  • Security and authorization Implement and manage additional layer of security features to prevent unauthorized access.
