Downloading best-practice templates
Diligent offers best-practice templates to create expert-level documents about today's most pressing topics, including executive compensation, year-end reporting, and onboarding. This topic describes how to download templates from Diligent.
Note
Best-practice templates are available to customers enrolled in Diligent's Board and Leadership Collaboration package, upon request. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Select Resource Center from the left-hand navigation panel.

Select Get best practice templates. You'll be taken to Diligent Academy.
Note
If you do not have access to Diligent Academy, a notification will be sent to the Customer Service team, who will create your Login credentials and send them to the email address on file.
Note
If the "Get best practice templates" option is not available, the "Get templates" option is displayed. Select "Get templates" to go to our website and download Diligent's Cyber risk best practice board reporting template.

Diligent Academy features a list of online courses. To learn more about a course, select View Details.

From the course details page, select Enroll Now. The content will load.

As you navigate the content, you can download best-practice templates as part of the course. Some courses include a "Download Templates & Resources" section, from which you can view a list of available templates. Select a template to begin downloading it.

Depending on your browser, the downloaded template may appear at the bottom of your browser window. It will also be available in your designated download folder. Select the template to open it right away or view it later in your default download location.
