Exporting an activity report
Activity Reporting tracks all users' sign-in events, including the date and time they signed in, signed out, and which applications they accessed. This topic explains how to generate and export a report containing these access activities.
Note
Activity Reporting is an optional feature that can be turned on by request. To enable Activity Reporting for your site, contact your Customer Success Manager.
-
Select Site Management on the main Navigation panel.
-
Select Activity reporting.
-
Set up the time range for the report by selecting the Start date and Start time fields, as well as the End date and End time fields.
Note
The maximum time range is 365 days.
-
Select Export to CSV. A file will start to download automatically. Once the download is complete, a confirmation dialog appears.
-
Depending on your browser, the exported file may appear at the bottom of your browser window. It will also be available in your designated downloads folder.
