Exporting Resource Center items

You can export folders and documents from the Resource Center in Adobe PDF format, allowing them to be printed.

  1. Select Resource Center from the left-hand navigation panel to go to the Resource Center hub.

  2. A list of folders containing reference materials appears. To export a folder, including any sub-folders and/or documents within it, select the menu on the far-right of the folder's row.

  3. Select Export Folder to PDF.

    Note

    If the option to "Export Folder to PDF" is not displayed, exporting has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

  4. To view the contents within a folder, select it.

  5. To export a document, select the menu on the far-right of a document's row, and then select "Export to PDF".

    If the "Export to PDF" option is not displayed, exporting has not been enabled for you or your site. Contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

  6. The Export to PDF dialog appears. If a document contains headers and/or footers, you can select the checkbox next to Include Headers/Footers to view them in the exported file.

  7. You can select the checkbox next to Scale to fit to remove the default page scale setting.

  8. To begin the export, select Export.

  9. A progress indicator appears on top of the screen. When the export is complete, the indicator is no longer visible.

  10. Depending on your browser, the exported PDF file may appear at the bottom of your browser window. It will also be available in your designated download folder. You can select the file to open it right away, or view it later in your default download location. You will be able to print the exported file via the "Print" function in your PDF viewer of choice.
