Current Books
The Current Books hub allows you to access your board materials for current and upcoming meetings.

To access the Current Books hub, select Current Books in the left-hand navigation panel.

If the left-hand navigation panel is not visible, select the menu option in the upper-left-hand corner to expand it.

To open a book, select it. If you are opening the book for the first time, it will open to the first page. If you have opened the book recently, it will open to the last page you viewed.

To join a virtual meeting, select Join meeting. This option will appear when your administrator has added virtual meeting information (such as a meeting link) to the book's details.

To open a book to its Agenda page, select Agenda on the book's row.

If AI content is available for a book, select AI Hub and choose the relevant option.

To view meeting details, such as conferencing information, select the More options icon
on the far right of the book's row and choose Meeting details. -
If a book contains approval documents that need your attention, a pending approval message will appear on the book's row. Select a book with pending approvals to open it to the first page of the first approval document. See Viewing voting items and casting your vote for more information.

After submitting your response, a confirmation message will appear on the book's row.

To refresh the list of current books, select the Refresh option.

To expand or collapse the list of books for a particular meeting group, select the arrow next to the meeting group's name.
