Finding conferencing information
Conference details can appear directly on a book, making it easy to open links to third-party video conferencing solutions and more.

On the Current Books screen, select the Conference Details button for the meeting book for which you would like to view information. This button appears when your administrator has added conferencing information to the book's details.

The "Conference Details" window opens, displaying the conference information that your administrator has added. Select a link to open the conferencing application or web page.
