Diligent Boards Web Director provides unparalleled board effectiveness by centralizing all your meeting materials in one place.

You can access your Boards site on the web after your Boards administrator has created your account.

Accessing Boards Web Director

Before you access the application, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

  • You have the Boards Web Director URL. The URL is https://director.diligentboards.com.

  • You have received an email from your Boards administrator with your Login credentials, including the site name for your organization.

  • Your account is activated.

Sign in to Boards Web Director

You can access the online platform in a Chrome, Edge Chromium, Safari, or Firefox browser via the following web site: https://director.diligentboards.com. You are directed to the sign-in screen.

Based on your organization's authentication method, you can sign in to Boards Web Director in one of the following ways:

  • Standard authentication - Sign in using your email and password.

  • Custom domain - If your organization uses single sign on (SSO), you authenticate using a custom domain.
