Updating your Boards security questions

You can update your security questions through the Boards Web application.

1. To begin, select the Profile icon, located on the top right of the screen.

2. Select Manage Your Diligent Account.

   

3. The Account Management hub opens on a new tab in your web browser. To update your security questions, select the Security Questions field.

   Note

   For security purposes, you'll be prompted to enter your password.

   

4. Select the Question 1 menu to select your first security question.

5. Enter your answer to the first security question in the Answer 1 field.

6. Select the Question 2 menu to select your second security question.

7. Enter your answer to the second security question in the Answer 2 field.

8. Select Update.

   Note

   For security purposes, you'll be prompted to enter your password again.

   Note

   If you have fewer security questions on file than are required for your Boards site, you'll be prompted to add security questions upon sign-in.
