Getting started with Director Network

Director Network is an integrated solution designed to view information, analytics, and more about the governance performance of your board, as well as others, directly from the Diligent Boards web application. Director Network is an add-on function to the Boards product.

You can access Director Network after it has been enabled for your Boards site.

Accessing Director Network

Before accessing Director Network, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Your account is activated.

  • Director Network is enabled for your account.

Sign in to Boards Web Director

You can access the online platform in a Chrome, Edge Chromium, Safari, or Firefox browser via the following web site: https://director.diligentboards.com

Navigate to Director Network

Select Director Network from the left-hand navigation panel.

Note

If Director Network is not enabled for your Boards site, you will not see th option in the navigation panel. You can still sign in to your account and access the features for Boards Web Director, but you cannot access Director Network. Contact your Boards administrator or Support for assistance.

You may need to expand the navigation panel to see this option. Select the menu icon on the top left side of the screen to expand the navigation panel.
