Use the chat feature

You can use the secure chat feature to comment on your actions and to see the comments of others. The chat also displays actions associated with the document delivery so anyone involved in the document delivery can retrace the delivery actions.

  1. In Diligent Data Room go to Flows in your navigation bar and select the delivery request.

  2. Under Chatting with enter a message in the chat box.

  3. Select ENTER, or select the comment icon .

    Your comment will now be displayed as a record and anyone included in the Flow will be notified.
