Copy a file to a job

You can copy files directly into a job from the Documents tab. If the file you want to copy is in a folder, open the folder first.

  1. In the Documents tab make sure the item you want to copy is visible on the screen. If the file is in a folder you will need to open the folder.

  2. Select Copy.

    A Copy files to Job folder window opens.

  3. Select the files you want to copy from the Files to copy list.

  4. Select the Job from the Target folder list.

  5. Select the destination folder.

    Tip

    You can copy a file into the main job folder or subfolder.

  7. Select Copy.
  8. The file copy will appear in the destination Job and folder.
