Repricing modification in bulk

There can be instances where the Board or Company approves of an increase/decrease to the strike price for existing options within your plan. Use Diligent Equity to do bulk updates saving time and increasing efficiency.

1. Go to the Securities section in the navigation sidebar and select Options / Equity.

2. Select the options/equity plan you want to update and select Settings on the toolbar.

   The Option Plan settings window opens.

3. Go to the Import/Export tab > and select Export to .csv File.

   The .csv file is downloaded to your device.

4. Open the files to see the details of all the holders in the option plan.

   Note

   If the re-pricing event does not apply to all holders within this plan, you will need to sort and select the specific individuals that this applies too.

5. To update repricing you will need to check the details populated in the following three columns.

• Column AQ- Repricing Date

• Column AR- Repricing Price

• Column AS- Repricing Comments

6. After you have populated the columns with the repricing information go back to back to Diligent Equity and Step 2 in these instructions.

7. When you get to the Import/Export tab select Import from .CSV File and upload the populated Excel file.

8. Select Close.
