Create a milestone vesting schedule

Create a milestone as part of option vesting schedule (VS) in Diligent Equity.

  1. Go to the Securities section in the navigation sidebar and select Options.

  2. Select the option plan you want add the milestone to and select Settings at the top right side of the main screen.

  3. In the Option Plan Settings window go to the Vesting Schedule tab and select New Schedule.

  4. Enter the VS name and complete the relevant information.

    Note

    In the 2nd row, 2nd field, select on milestone from the drop down.

    Select Close to save any changes made to your Option Plan Settings.

You can create an unlimited number of Milestone Vesting Schedules within your Option Plan. After each individual Milestone has ,or has not been met, you will update the details accordingly in the Option Plan Settings tab, Milestones.
