Configure Company Mappings Page

The company Mappings page of the Senior Managers Certification Regime solution has configurable columns and labels.

By default, the page displays as follows.

To make changes to this page:

  1. Go to System Tools > SMCR Solution > Document Templates (Mappings).

  2. Select the document name for SC-F-CFG to download it.

  3. Change the downloaded template as required.

    To not show the QR, add [{SET}SC_CFNR_ShowQuickRef=False]

    To show one or more of the SMCR UDFs add:

    [{SET}SC_CFNR_ShowUDF1=True]

    [{SET}SC_CFNR_ShowUDF2=True]

    [{SET}SC_CFNR_ShowUDF3=True]

    To override the labels on the Company Mapping page, add the following:

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_Tag="(A)"]

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_Mapping0="(B)"]

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_Mapping1="(C)"]

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_Mapping2="(D)"]

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_Mapping3="(E)"]

    [{SET}SC_XFNR_Label_MoreInfo="(F)"]

    The following screenshot highlights where each label goes. Replace (A), (B) and so on with the actual text you need.

  4. When you're done editing the template, save it and upload the amended template by selecting the wand.

  5. Complete the Replace Document Template wizard.
