Country Grouping Sets

These allow you to group Companies according to their geographic location; for example, you can group all your Asian Pacific Companies into one grouping set. To do this:

• Select Country Grouping Sets from the List Manager and select New.

• Enter a Quick Reference and a Description for your Country Grouping Set.

• Select Finish once entered. The next step is to select which countries fall under the Country Grouping Set. To do this
• Select Country Groupings from the List Manager and select New.

• Select the Country Grouping Set you created from the dropdown menu.
• Enter a Quick Reference and a Description and select Next.

• Select the countries that belong to the Country Grouping Set.
• Select Finish.

The system will then automatically place all the existing Companies on the system, whose country of Incorporation was one of the selected countries and will put new Companies into the Country Grouping Set.
