Viewing and exporting dataset activity logs
As an ACL AI Studio Admin, you can view and export the details of the actions performed on a dataset by ACL AI Studio users. As a user, you can view and export the logs of only those datasets that you have access to. You cannot alter or erase the logs.
- On the ACL AI Studio home page, from the list of datasets, select the View details button of the dataset for which you want to view the activity log.
- On the dataset details page, from the vertical three dots menu, select Dataset activity log.
- On the Dataset activity log page, select the date range.

Select the row for which you want to view the details and select View details.
When you select an output table type, select the link in the Description column to view its natural language and SQL query details. The details open in a side panel.
- To export the log, from the Export as menu at the top right corner, select one the following:
- Export as CSV
- Export as XLSX
If the file size is too large, you can download the activity log using the link that is sent to your registered email ID.
