Assign ACL AI Studio app roles
As an ACL AI Studio Admin, you can assign app roles to users.

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the ACL AI Studio app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the ACL AI Studio app.

Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

On the ACL AI Studio home page, select the settings icon (
).

On the Settings page that opens, select the User management tab.
All users with Professional or Oversight subscriptions appear in the user list.
Tip
Use the search bar to filter the names in the list.

Next to the appropriate user, select a role to assign.
By default, the User role is assigned.
If the ACL AI Studio Admin role is assigned and cannot be changed, the user is a Launchpad System Admin with a Professional subscription. The ACL AI Studio Admin role is automatically assigned to these users and cannot be changed in ACL AI Studio.

Select Save changes.
