Export tables

Exporting a source or output table enables you to download your data for further analysis, sharing, or archiving, while maintaining full traceability and compliance. The exported files use a timestamped naming convention (tablename_datetimestamp.ext), ensuring every export has a unique, traceable identifier.

Export as Excel or CSV

  1. On the ACL AI Studio home page, from the list of datasets, select the View details button of the dataset for which you want to export the table.

  2. On the dataset details page, select the table list icon ().

  3. In the Table list panel, select Output tables.

  4. Select the table that you want to export and select Open table.

  5. On the table details page, from the Export menu, select one of the following:

    • XLSX To export the file in Excel format.

    • CSV To export the file in CSV format.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, select Download.

    If the size of the table is too large, you can download the table using the link that is sent to your registered email ID.

Publish a table to Activity Center

You can publish a table to Activity Center to share AI-powered analysis results directly into your Activity Center environment for richer dashboards, reporting, and collaboration.

Publishing a table to Activity Center enables Report Admins to access all records from the table in Activity Center.

  1. On the ACL AI Studio home page, from the list of datasets, select the View details button of the dataset for which you want to publish the table to Activity Center.

  2. On the dataset details page, select the table list icon ().

  3. In the Table list panel, select Output tables.

  4. Select the table that you want to publish and select Open table.

  5. On the table details page, from the Export menu, select Publish to Activity Center.

  6. In the dialog box that appears, select Publish.

    After the table is published, the Output tables tab displays the table name with the last published timestamp. This timestamp displays the exact date and time the table was most recently published, helping you verify the latest version at a glance.
