Reporting with the Activity Center app
Activity Center is an app in Diligent One. You can use Activity Center to view pre-configured dashboards that are customized to your organization's Diligent One workflow. The dashboards contain reports that are intuitive and readily available. Any custom dashboards you have authored will also appear here.
The Activity Center app is based on Amazon QuickSight technology. To learn more about it, see Amazon QuickSight documentation.
Note
The Activity Center app is not yet available in GovCloud and in the South African region.
How it works
When you open the Activity Center app, the My Activities page opens. Here, you can see an overview of the Issues & Actions dashboard, the SOX Program Management dashboard, and custom dashboards you have created if applicable. In terms of the Issues & Actions dashboard, you can check items that require your immediate attention such as issues and actions that are nearing their due date. You can also view and edit issues and actions in your organization.
The data you see in the Activity Center app is live. Each time you open or refresh a dashboard, the data is fetched in real time.
Roles and permissions
Only Project Admins, Professional Managers, and Professional Users can view and interact with the Activity Center app.
The Activity Center app shows only those items that a user has access to. For example, in the Issues & Actions dashboard, users can view only those issues and actions that they have permission to access.

Dashboards in the Activity Center app
There are two types of dashboards in the Activity Center app.
- Predefined These dashboards are available by default.
- Custom dashboard The dashboards that you can create on your own are called custom dashboards. You must be a Report Admin or Reports Writer in the Reports app to create a dashboard.
