Overview of the Activity Center app
The Activity Center app delivers predefined, live-data dashboards and the ability for Reports Admins and Report Writers to create custom dashboards from Projects app datasets and published Results app datasets.
Leveraging Amazon QuickSight technology and your data, the predefined dashboards (Issues & Actions dashboard and SOX Program Management dashboard) provide practical, actionable data insights. You can also efficiently create custom dashboards for personal use, share them with colleagues within the Activity Center app, or expand collaboration and communication by connecting and sharing curated data with leadership through Boards sites.
Note
The Activity Center app is not yet available in the South African region.
The Activity Center app is available for GovCloud with the exception of access to Results app datasets.

- Access Projects app live data insights with predefined dashboards Consume actionable data to understand the status of your projects and check items that require your immediate attention in the Issues & Actions predefined dashboard. Track resource data displayed in the visuals of the SOX Program Management predefined dashboard.
- Author custom dashboards Create custom dashboards utilizing Projects app and published Results app data if you are a Reports Admin or Reports Writer.
- Share dashboards within the Activity Center Share your dashboards with other users in your organization if you have a Professional Subscription and reports access as an Reports Admin or Reports Writer.
- Share dashboards with Board sites - Connect Activity Center dashboards with Boards sites to clearly communicate and collaborate based on curated dashboard insights that can be shared with leadership.
