Commercial and GovCloud regions and limitations

The Diligent One Platform is available in numerous AWS regions (Amazon Web Services), and on commercial or GovCloud infrastructure. It is designed to take advantage of the efficiency and accessibility of a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery model while upholding the highest standards of security and data privacy.

Each Diligent One instance can exist in one of several regions based on your security and data sovereignty requirements.

GovCloud limitations due to security requirements

The high security requirements for FedRAMP and IL5 mean some capabilities are unavailable in Diligent One instances that are on GovCloud. If you are a GovCloud customer, we can create a secondary commercial instance for you, where you can use these features outside your main Diligent One environment.

The following features are not available in GovCloud.
