Self registering

If your company has its email domain defined for self-registration, users can register themselves.

Self-registration is helpful for companies that have:

  • A large number of users
  • Multiple layers of management
  • Multiple offices in different countries
Note

Companies that require control access and licensing can use the Bulk Add feature to quickly add users. For more information, see Adding users in bulk.

Permissions

Any person that has their email domain defined for self-registration can self register on Launchpad. To enable self-registration, contact Support.

Self register

  1. Go to https://accounts.diligentoneplatform.com/group_account_signup.

    Note

    Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

  2. Enter your name and email address.

    3. Note

    Diligent One Platform does not support email addresses with accents or non-Latin characters.

  3. Select Sign up!.

    Result Launchpad adds the email address as a member of that instance.

    Note

    Every internal or external user that requires access to Diligent One must be added to Launchpad using a unique email address. Before you can sign in to Launchpad, you must activate your account by selecting the link in their invitation email, which includes a link to set your password.
