Suspend user access to Projects

You can suspend a user account if you want to temporarily restrict a user’s access to the Projects app, while maintaining the privileges and role assignments for the account.

For example, if a person should only be able to access the system during certain time periods, you can suspend their account when they are not permitted to access the Projects app, and unsuspend their accounts when they require access.

Permissions

Only Project Admins can suspend user accounts.

Steps

  1. Open the Projects app.

    The Projects homepage opens.

  2. Under System administration, click Manage users.
  3. Click Suspend next to the user name.

    Result The user cannot access Projects.

    4. Note

    You can restore a suspended account at any time by clicking Unsuspend next to the user name.
